Southern California
Singer-Songwriter Radio
Submission Policy
Thank you for your interest in having your
song(s) included on our internet radio station
playlist.
Please read the
following before
submitting your song(s) for
consideration.
We are specializing in
singer-songwriters, so all songs need to
be sung by the songwriter.
We are currently only accepting songs in
English.
If
the song(s) are accepted, we will
sign a license agreement. The
agreement basically states the
following:
- You own all the
rights to the song.
- You are allowing
us to use the song on our internet
radio station.
- You retain all
the rights for the song(s) and we
may not use it/them for any other
purpose.
- We are not
charging a fee.
- You will not
receive any royalties or other fees
for allowing us to use your song.
-
This means we are not paying BMI,
ASCAP or any other performance
rights organization.
-
We are not paying
any PROs because we have no income.
We just play music and do
singer-songwriter interviews.
- Since we are not
getting permission to use your
song(s) through your PRO, we need
your permission directly.
We have two different submission forms,
depending upon where you live. Click on
the appropriate link to find the
submission form.
We are featuring artists from Southern
California during certain parts of the
day.
